We want to make sure every visit you make to Ecru Label is effortless. That’s why we’ve developed a clear store policy outlining everything you need to know.
At Ecru Label we use the finest quality of fabrics to ensure we achieve the best quality in all of our products.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds at the moment. However, we do offer an Exchange Only policy to ensure our pieces fit you just right.
EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER
In order to be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days from the date you received your item.
Upon receiving email confirmation that your request has been accepted, you must return the item to us within 7 days to the address provided.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your exchange and ensure to include the following:
The original email/name you used when purchasing the item with your order number
The name of the item from Ecru Label Website you wish to exchange
The reason for the exchange and the size you would like to change to
Please ensure to keep proof of postage and select a fully trackable delivery option to ensure the item gets back to us safely
Please note, Ecru Label does not cover the shipping costs to return your order to us
We aim to reply to all exchange requests within 5-10 working days. We will provide you with an address to return your item to. We will only accept items which have been unworn, unmarked and still with original tags and packaging.
Ecru Label reserves the right to refuse any exchanges that do not follow the requirements stated above.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been received.. Ecru Label is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond our control.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Please allow 2 working days for all orders to be processed.

Please note customs fees will apply for all shipments according to local legislation. ECRU LABEL does not enforce these fees, therefore we are not able to waive fees upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
